While the book did not keep me in stitches as much as Pride & Prejudiced and Zombies, it had it's moments that caused laughter and some eye brow raising. The book is well written and keeps the reader's attention, making it an easy read. It is definitely not meant to educate about the era, or Queen Victoria by any means. While it does feature some historical accuracy, the book is meant to entertain, not educate.
Demons, succubus, werewolves and zombies threaten to take over England, and all that stands in their way is Queen Victoria and her team of Demon Hunters. The Queen however only desires a quiet life with her beloved Albert. There are unexpected twists and turns throughout the story that surprised me as the story unfolded. A well written tongue in cheek story that should make most people laugh!
