One of the reasons I love PBS is b/c of the FIFO system.    I've begun wrapping up my membership at other book swapping sites b/c I think this system is much fairer...It started a discussion on another sites forum that stated you can now directly post to another member on PBS...is this true?  And if so can someone direct me to where it is stated in the help/guidelines section?  I'd like to read it....if it's true I'll be very disappointed!

Marie, here is info from the help center on posting directly to a friends WL.  For the most part the system does work on the FIFO basis - but there are times when some one may post directly to a family member or friends WL.

• Your book will be offered to that member first, no matter where she is in the Wish List for that book.
• If that member does not request the book, it will then be offered to the first person on the wish list and continue to be offered until someone requests it or until it is Posted into the general library.

We hope that members do not do this too often, as FIFO is really the fairest way of swapping books, but they are YOUR books, and we wanted to offer this option to members who wished to use it.
