I received a Bob in the mail today but had to pay postage as the member didn't put postage on.  I contacted him to let him know, but how would I mark it on the BOB page if the books are ok.  I haven't opened the box yet to see the books.

Sounds like a problem to take to TPTB via the 'contact us' button.

Can you tell if there was postage on it to start with? Obviously it wasn't PBS printed postage, I'm thinking stamps might have come off at some point if it was stamps. 

If this happened to me, I'd hold off going further with it until I have some word from TPTB.

I just wanted to make sure that I was using the right contact us button.  Is TPTB the head of Paperback Swap?

And I know the sticky stamps for the past year have had a problem coming off in the mail. You cant ( or shouldn't ) tape over them when you put stamps on a package.
