I just marked two books mailed, using the printable postage, but didn't recieve any credits.  I checked the credit registry and they do not appear there either.  I have two other books on the -books that have been mailed page- and the green check mark is missing and all the detail info too.  Is this something to worry about?  Should I just wait and see if the credits come to me?

Rebecca,

There is something weird going on with the DC & quick credit.  Earlier, I was checking the status of a book I mailed using DC & printable postage.  The green checkmark was gone & the DC scans were missing.  Well, now the green checkmark is back, but the DC scans are still missing.  You can contact PBS at the link on the bottom of the page, or just give it overnight and see if the glitch gets fixed.

My check marks are back also, so I think the rest will follow in time.  Thanks for letting me know that you were having problems also.  I was starting to think it was my evil computer, trying to trick me.

TPTB are tweaking some of the bulk request features and part of this is how it interacts with the printable postage and quick credits.  They are aware of the problem and working on it.  Hopefully it will all be fixed soon!

I'm glad I spotted this post!  I had 2 bulk orders that I mailed show up scrambled together and I got quick credit for 2 books that I didn't deserve, because I didn't buy DC.  I contacted them with the story, but since others are having problems, I'm sure it will work out eventually.

I sent out a book without using the printable postage (I took it to the post office) and I have the green "quick credit" check, but I have not received the credit - I checked the archives.  They must be working on it.  I am assuming that the credit will show up when the book is marked received.

Ok, what is "quick credit" and how do you get it?  I'm new so be patient with me.  :)

If you use the PBS electronic postage with delivery confirmation you will get an instant credit instead of having to wait for it to be marked received. Also, if the book is over the 13oz rule with the electronic postage you can drop it in a blue box without having to go in since it has track-able postage.
