When I mark it recieved (with a problem), does she still get her credit? I am going to ask for my credit back, but want to make sure she actually does get the credit first. (I read the help center but I'm a bit frazzled today and can't find it... this is the second book I've gotten lately that has been CHEWED on and I'm disgusted and upset by it, very sorry!)

Here's how I handled a similar problem- and I did get my credit back: Dear So and So - I received Book X in the mail today and noticed that there was a significant amount of underlining in the book. According to PBS guidelines, this makes this book unpostable, so I'd like to ask for my credit back. Thanks, Lisa" Short, sweet, polite...it worked for me. |

Oh, I have no problem asking for the credit back, Lisa, but thanks. I was making sure that she would get the credit if I marked it received with a problem. I marked it received with a problem, and did PM her. |
