A mostly uninvolving mystery set in a 1930's private school in England. It probably would help if you understood the hierarchy of that type of school since it took me a while to understand the pecking order of "masters," et al. And although brief, the passages about cricket were meaningless as well. The sleuth is fairly nondescript but it held interest and improved near the end. Not much padding, at least.
