Quick and Easy Burritos

  • 1 lb - ground beef
  • 16 oz - can of refried beans (can easily substitute fat-free)
  • 1/2 lb - shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup - your favorite salsa (I like Pace brand mild, chunky is best)
  • 1 package - large tortillas
In a large skillet or pan, brown the ground beef and drain off the fat.

Add the refried beans, cheese and salsa. Stir well.


As soon as the cheese is nice and melty, spoon contents into tortillas and wrap



Serves 4- 6 people, depending on size of appetites.

Picky eaters love this!

I like this recipe,except when I make them I use campbell's tomato bisque soap and add a little chili powder or 1 pkg taco seasoning to 2 cans sauce and make wt burritos.
