A nice vintage(1969)cookbook
I bought this book when we were doing alot of camping. One thing I really like about the book is that it has very explicit instructions. It tells you what needs done early and what will be done at the last minute. All the recipes were tested by the author, her friends and family.
An interesting cookbook with recipes specifically designed for use in an electric skillet that has precise temperature controls. Each recipe shows what temperature to use.
