Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 LBS - GROUND BEEF
  • 1 PCKT - TACO SEASONING
  • 1 MEDIUM - ONION
  • 1 8 OZ - JAR SALSA TO YOUR LIKING
  • 2 5 COUNT - CANS BISCUITS OF YOUR LIKING
  • 1 8 OZ - BAG OF SHREDDED CHEESE OF YOUR CHOICE
Directions

PREHEAT OVEN ACCORDING TO THE BISCUIT DIRECTIONS.

BROWN THE GROUND BEEF WITH ONION AND DRAIN GREASE.  FOLLOW THE TACO SEASONING DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO MAKE AND LAYER IN BOTTOM OF CASSEROLE DISH. POUR SALSA OVER GROUND BEEF MIXTURE.

ADD CHEESE AND ROLL BISCUITS OUT TO MAKE A COVER OVER MIXTURE.  THEN BAKE ACCORDING TO THE BISCUIT DIRECTIONS.  WHEN DONE YOU CAN SCOOP ONTO A PLATE AND ADD SOUR CREAM OR OTHER TO YOUR LIKING. FOR THE WIFE LIKES SOUR CREAM AND ADDITIONAL TACO SAUCE.
