The OMELETS IN A BAG is sheer genius. I wondered how they would cook the eggs in a plastic bag, and they boil them for 13 to 15 minutes. Very clever. PICNIC PINEAPPLE GELATIN is another clever, easy treat. After draining a large can of pineapple slices, pour dissolved gelatin into the can and let it set. Pour the whole mixture out onto a cutting board, slice it along the pineapple slices, and place the slices on lettuce leaves.
