This is a humorous look at a 30-something man who has everything and then loses it and has to deal with the mental fallout--clinical depression. At times soul-searching and other times funny, but a necessary read that deals with the little discussed male depression. Evans points out that "sometimes it takes going crazy for a man to understand what is sane". I wanted to like this book more than I actually did, but it's not a bad read, per se.
