Many of us have had a teacher tell us our child is "acting out" ... "disrupts others" .... but Ginsberg's navigation of schools and doctors' offices - her collaberations and confrontations with teachers and administrators goes far beyond what most of us deal with. Raised in an unconventional family herself, she speaks with empathy for the teacher but with devotion and love for Blaze - as she blazes a path of acceptance for him.
