4th in Lisanne Norman's Sholan Alliance series. THese books just keep getting better and better.
The adventures of Kusac, Carrie, and Kaid continue in the 'Sholan Alliance'...
One of the better books in the series. Action packed and keeps you on the edge of your seat. The cast continues to grow, with many different plots woven together. If one plots bores you, there are plenty more to keep your attention.
The one major downside of the book is that it is a little slow. While the back summary of the book claims the main focus is the rescue attempt on the alien planet, that part only happens in the last hundred pages of the book. Instead, the rest of the book is spent on Shola, prepping for the mission and dealing with other important issues going on. I would have preferred that more time was spent on the rescue mission, as that is the most exciting part of the book.
Other than that, the book is a continued step up from those that came before. I hope it continues to improve from here.
