I highly recommend this book for ANYONE who is grieving. Our society doesn't teach us about this subject, and I personally found it to be quite helpful, and was able to realize I wasn't abnormal or "crazy". Useful, practical tips in it for when you are dealing with someone who is grieving, as well. I cried with relief, as I finally felt like I found a source where I was "understood", and able to see I was going through things that many people go through.
