This is a book for people who are considering suicide. With short chapters by different people who have struggled with depression and survived, it gives comfort and hope and gives practical advice for things you can do to find the strength to hang on. A friend gave me this book when I was struggling and it helped me a lot. It is like having a friend talking to you when there is no one to call. Very inspirational and helpful.
