I've always enjoyed Dams' other series and just discovered this one. I like historical mysteries and really enjoy this series.
Slightly better than first book but still prone to giant leaps based on no factual evidence. Got tired of the turn-of-the-century stuffiness and class struggle, had enough of that in the first book.
