This is a great book. Lots of action and if you like adventure stories, this is one of the best. She was a great mountaineer and it was deeply moving. I couldn't recommend it higher

Well-told story of a girl, a woman and finally a mother who lives to climb mountains, and struggles to fit a life around that compulsion that reflects who she is and who she loves.
