Carl Reinhart is a large but sensitive man who has long been fascinated with women. When he finds himself in close quarters with a variety of female persons, some related, some unrelated & some formerly related, Carl tries removing his heart from his sleeve to an inside pocket to change his his luck and looks to see if his new found proficiency in gourmet cooking can win the day. Berger is wryly funny and creates scenarios that are insanely plausible.
