Ingredients
  • 2 14 1/2oz cans - sauerkraut, drained
  • 2 12oz cans - corned beef, crumbled
  • 4 cups - Swiss cheese, shredded and divided
  • 1 cup - mayonnaise
  • 1 cup - Thousand Island dressing
  • 4 Tbsp - butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup - soft rye breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp - caraway seeds
Directions

Layer sauerkraut, corned beef and half the cheese in a 13" x 9" baking dish.  Mix mayonnaise and dressing together; pour over casserole mixture.  Sprinkle with remaining cheese.  Mix together butter and breadcrumbs; sprinkle over top.  Sprinkle with caraway seeds.  Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
