I found it lacking in the action I expect in this type of book.
Although there are some interesting ideas presented in this book and a lot of potential for a good story I feel Bill Napier missed the mark and the story did not live up to it's potential.
The writing and the pace of the book can only be described as plodding. Actual action is basically nonexistent. The characters are not very real and hard to identify with and the jumps in time are confusing and often unnecessary.
Despite this, I give the book three stars because I know from previous Napier books that he really is a good writer.
