I did not know that this was book 13 of a series. The premise of the book sounded good so I bought it. The team of Nina and Eddie are a cross between Indiana Jones and Jason Bourne. This boo has almost non stop action that will amuse some and annoy others. The number of times this couple escapes death is incredible and unbelievable. The story line revolves around finding the four angels of death mentioned in The Book of Revelation, but on the way Nina and Eddie discover what could be the greatest biblical discovery in history...only to ignore it like it was just another antique in an antique mall. Not sure if I could keep up my interest level to read the rest in this series but might pick up the first book if I ever need a quick easy read. One thing, not having red the first books did not take away too much from this book other than some vague references to past exploits.
