I liked this story. It was simple, sweet and different than the normal. There is a substory to the story and an addition of some Eastern philosophies that made the book appear to have multilayers. I would recommend this as something different and quick to read. It took me only a few hours to complete.

Story is over one weekend in which there is a typical private steeplechase race in the early 1800's before the Grand National was started in 1839. Interesting turn of events and story line set in Regency England.
