Richard Russo is know for getting inside the heads of his characters and this one is a rich collection of interesting and quirky people, and how they affect one another through life.
somehow, russo makes you really care about every character, even though most are losers. he is a great writer!
If you like Richard Russo, you're bound to like this book.
