I love this book on how to train for different distances in racing. Training to race 5K, 8K to 10K, 15K to half, and the full marathon. Extremely well organized, with charts, schedules, etc. Excellent book on how to train smart!

One of the best training books I have read. I like how the training schedules are set out with the 4 key workouts of the week & then you fill in the blanks to complete the total weekly miles. It also has 3 levels of training programs with different mileage ranges. I had success using these training programs with the McMillan training calculator for the paces.
