I really, really wanted to like this book and did stick with it to the end, even though I found my mind wandering quite a bit while listening in the car. While it did have a twist at the end, the book itself is written more as a "novel," including several different storylines about the life of Kathryn Dance (our investigator), along with the main crime. Kathryn is a "body-language expert," which adds a unique twist to a crime/whodunit book, but the author dropped the ball in not featuring her abilities as much as he should/could have, considering that is her forte and the gist of the book. All-in-all, I found it to be boring.
