Beautifully illustrated version of the classic, with lots of additional information.

This is the story of Robin Hood, but what I like about it is that the side bars are filled with detailed information about the Middle Ages. It explains items about the story--for example why it was against the law to kill deer in the king's forest. The story keeps the interest while the side bars give the facts.
