Set in Rhode Island (Rogue Island) where the power players want more. Liam, a print reporter, with integrity and determination, works on uncovering the "players" in R.I. politics and crime (the same thing in R. I.?) and tries to keep himself and friends out of harms way, as he goes. Snappy dialog and droll observations on people and politics. An excellent first book, now I'm after the next one.
First book I've read by this author. I plan on reading more!
