Very well done with good information and excellent (colorful) illustrations although this is a slim volume. It is accessible to highly interested second and third graders, yet of interest to others wanting a brief overview of the industry. There is an emphasis on engineering and innovation, including 2010 salaries on offer.
Side friction and under friction wheels are succinctly explained and illustrated. This keeps the car on the track.
