Cook Time: 10-15 min

Ingredients
  • - English walnut, pieces
  • 2 tsp. - fresh rosemary, chopped fine
  • - kosher salt
  • - olive oil
Directions

On a baking sheet, spread a couple cups of English walnuts, pieces are fine.  Sprinkle a little olive oil on them and stir to coat.  Bake them at 350 for about 10 minutes or so till they just start to brown.  Be careful that they don't burn.  When they're ALMOST brown enough to take out of the oven, sprinkle them with the finely chopped rosemary and kosher salt and stir together.  Let them in the oven maybe a minute or so more.  Just long enough to let the flavor of the rosemary get into the walnuts.  DON'T LET THE ROSEMARY BURN.  Pour into a bowl and serve while still warm.
