This is the one book I turn to every Christmas. Not only does it include instructions using a mixer, but also for your food processor. The recipes are not difficult, yet the end result is impressive. PLUS, each recipe includes storage information- from how long they can sit on your counter to whether or not you should decorate before you freeze. I sell thousands of cookies during the holidays and this is my tried and true favorite!
