This book is interesting in that the text is split. All of the left-hand pages tell the story in detail, and are meant for an adult to read it to the child. All of the right-hand pages tell the story in a more simplistic manner, and are meant for an early reader to read the story to a grown-up.

This book is unique in that the story is written twice on the inside. The left hand side has a longer version for adults to read to their child. The right hand pages have a shorter, easy-to-read story for early readers to read to the parents. Really clever!
