3C. HOT COOKED GRITS,1C. SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE, 1/4C. MINCED GREEN ONION,1/4C. BUTTER, 1-3-OZ. PKG. CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED, 1-LB. SAUSAGE, COOKED AND CRUMBLED, 1-1/4C. MILK, 3-LARGE EGGS, 2 TSP. HOT SAUCE. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350, LIGHTLY GREASE A 31X9 INCH BAKING DISH. IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE GRITS,CHEDDAR CHEESE, GREEN ONIONS, BUTTER, AND CREAM CHEESE, STIRRING TILL CHEESES MELT. STIR IN SAUSAGE, MILK, EGGS AND HOT SAUCE TILL COMBINED. SPOON GRITS MIXTURE INTO PREPARED BAKING DISH. BAKE 50-60 MINUTES OR TILL SET. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
