SIX LAYER DINNER
Butter a large pan. Place the following in layers:
Sliced raw potatoes
½ cup uncooked rice
1½ pounds ground beef
1 onion, chopped
Carrots or peas
Green pepper, optional
Top with 1 quart tomatoes, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste. Bake
for 2½ hours at 350°.
