STIR MELTED OLEO INTO THE SYRUP MIXTURE.
POUR SYRUP MIXTURE OVER PECANS IN PIE SHELL.
PECANS SHOULD RISE TO TOP.
BAKE AT 375* FOR 40-45 MINUTES OR UNTIL KNIFE INSERTED IN MIDDLE COMES OUT CLEAN.
(EDGES OF CRUST TEND TO BROWN VERY QUICKLY SO I USUALLY PUT FOIL OVER THEM TO PREVENT OVERBROWNING.)
