This book was NOT romantic in any way shape or form. The romantic scenes are not exciting or sexy. They are mentioned but not in detail. I was very disappointed with this book and the first book Carries Story. I don't recommend this book if you are looking for an exciting BDSM story. THIS IS NOT IT. It is basically the follow up to Carrie's year as a slave. The people behind it, what goes through her mind about her first owner/trainer Jonathon. And the stories of what they did the year they were apart.

Carrie's Story is a well written and very erotic account of mastery and submission. Just when you think things can't get any wilder, they do.
