Ingredients

- 1 can salmon (16 oz.)

- 1-2 eggs

- corn meal
-
- flour
-
- 1-2 tsp salt

- 1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Drain off liquid of salmon and remove any skin or bones. Smash up salmon and add beaten eggs. Add flour 1 Tbsp. At a time to make the salmon stick together, then add corn meal. Use more corn meal than flour. Add salt and pepper. Form into patties. Fry patties in small amt. of oil, over medium to low heat.
Can substitute tuna for salmon.
