Salmon Patties

  • 4 or 5 - Green Onions-chopped
  • 1 - Egg
  • 1/2 cup - Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • 3 Tablespoons - Olive Oil
  • 1 large can - Alaskan Salmon-drain and debone

Mix salmon, onion, egg and bread crumbs.  Form into 5 patties and place in hot oil.  Fry for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.  Drain on paper towel on plate before serving.  Great with ketchup or tartar sauce.


Sometimes we eat these on hamburger buns or we eat them alone as the main side with vegetables.
