The author lived in the Middle East 17 years so she is familiar with their way of life. This book is fiction based on the story of Sarah in the BIble.It is a well written story but not always biblically accurate. Sarah is the beautiful woman That the patriarch Abraham loves and marries. God tells Abraham to leave UR and go into the Canaan wilderness and Abraham obeys. Sarah is a believer as well as Abraham in the one true God Elohim. The interesting thing about God is he often waits until all possibilities that we see are exhausted so that we can see it is only him who works the solution.Srah and Abraham see this many times.This is quite an interesting book and I highly recommend it.
