this recipe is great for all of those office party get togethers especially at christmas time . SAUSAGE BALLS 1 lb. mild sausage 2 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese 1 1/2 c. Bisquick Mix well with hands. Form into small balls. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes and at 350 degrees for 5 minutes more to brown.

I have made these often. This is a great recipe. Guests have asked for this when I have made it for get-togethers.

I have a receipe much like this one. Except, I form patties and they are called Sausage Cookies. Great warm from the oven or cold.

My family loves sausage balls. I add 1-3 teaspoons of Tabasco hot sauce and use sharp cheddar cheese. We like it spicy!

A get together just wouldn't be a get together without these, down here in Louisiana. They also freeze well so I double the recipe and freeze golf size balls of the mixture...my little girl LOVES them for breakfast!!

I have a recipe very similar to yours. Two added ingredients. 1- I put a piece of jalapeno pickled pepper in the middle of the meat ball ( small piece or more if you like it spicy, 2-then roll them in Shake & Bake for pork. They are pretty good ( & spicy) Then bake as your directions. They are always a hit
