Was a very exciting book. The more you read the harder it is to put it down. Tells the story of the hardships Indians and whites had way back in time. And the romance of a white woman and indian man. Beautifully written. Rosanne Bittner is one of the best historical writers of our time.
Enjoyed reading this book very much. Covers a 17 year time span.
