This was a real page turner. The. book kept my attention and when I got to the last hundred or so pages, I sat and read without interruption. Carr is a very good writer and pays attention to detail - so much so that I wonder if he gets a kick back from the manufacturers of the various pieces of equipment that he specifies. These details get a little distracting to me. Anyway, a very good book. Four and a half stars (minus half a star for the distracting details). Recommended.
