When I click on details for books sent with DC the info is all out of whack. The print is overlayed on top of itself. Anyone else seeing it like this? |

It might be the particular browser you're using, Charlie, or possibly your computer. By that I mean do you have a Mac or a PC? I have a Mac and some browsers just don't display well on the Mac. I find Safari for the Mac works well, and then Firefox. So, Charlie, change your browser and see if that helps. Last Edited on: 8/3/07 8:53 AM ET - Total times edited: 1 |

Did you log out and try it again? Sometime computers don't play nice do to sequencing of orders (at least mine acts like that sometimes)

I'm having the same problem as Charlie - overlayed print. Not using a Mac, switched browser from Firefox to Netscape and still have the problem. |

I am seeing this problem too. I can't read anything! It is not the browser; it is definitely something wrong here at PBS. |

Check to see if the browser you're using is the latest version. Sometimes even small increments in browser update versions (v5.1 of whatever browser won't display the same as v5.1.3, for example). That being said and me not being very tech-savvy, I can't think of anything else. :) Last Edited on: 8/5/07 9:26 AM ET - Total times edited: 1 |

Really, really strange. Now some pages are showing O.K. for me, but some are still scrambled. Edited to add: I think I finally found something that works for me. I downloaded the latest version of Opera. Seems okay now although the page loading is a bit slow. I also had to disable my personal firewall, which makes me a bit nervous. So if anyone else is still having a problem with this, try Opera. Last Edited on: 8/6/07 1:40 PM ET - Total times edited: 1 |

"Details" is now totally blank for me. I suppose they are working on things - I couldn't even access the site for a while.
