  • cup 1 - white sugar
  • cups 1 1/2 - peanut butter
  • cups 6 - Rice Krispies
  • cup 1/2 - butterscotch chips
  • cup 1/2 - semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • cup 1 - light corn syrup

1.      Generously butter 9 x 13 baking pan. Set aside.

2.      In a large pot, mix together corn syrup, sugar and peanut butter. Cook over medium heat until the peanut butter melts. Bring mixture to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in Rice Krispies.

3.      Transfer mixture to pan. With well buttered hands, pat down.

4.      In a medium saucepan, over medium low heat, melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips until smooth. Spread over tops of bars. Let cool. Cut into pieces.

How much corn syrup do you use? I don't see it in the ingredients list. Otherwise, it looks yummy and I'd like to try it, just need to know about the corn syrup.
