Only read this book if you like dialogue. There is not much narrative or exposition in this story, just lots and lots of short dialogues between characters. I felt the characterizations were very weak and the ending of the book was contrived. Not one of my favorites. The characters are involved in scrapbooking (hence the title) and one owns a scrapbook store.

A fantastic book about acceptance...of situations, circumstances, and of people. Two women are led together through their circumstances and their children and through scrapbooking. A delight to read!

I expected more of this book and came up a little disappointed. I wanted more from the storyline than lots of conversation. She needed to flesh her characters out a bit more. I am not sorry I read it and will read more by her.

It was hard to get into at first, but once it got over the first few chapters, I enjoyed it. I'd be curious to see if the author writes a sequel.
