I finally began this book on the recommendation of "msmarquis'"--she had mentioned this when she was looking for a good true crime book.  I had read Helter Skelter by this author but had not realized that he wrote this one as well. Anyone else read it?

jody--  Finished If I Am Missing or Dead--not the regular "true crime format". Written more as a memoir of a family's experiences with domestic violence/emotional abuse. It was very moving.

I have this book but have never read it. I have heard very good reviews though.

Currently reading American Psycho by Brett Ellis, Under the Overtree (not very good--IMO),

and a few others!!  Always at least three at a time LOL!!!

I just replied to another thread about it, but I really liked it.  It's very well researched and detailed.

I really enjoyed And the Sea will Tell...I liked it more than Helter Skelter.  I was glad to see the comments about this title.  It has been several years since I read it.  It is one of my all time favorites.  I highly recommend to any true crime buff.
