Multiple fails in finding books using title and author. One example is only two titles show up under Jodi Piccoult!!

Ok, figured out the Jodi issue....2 books with her last name listed as 'Piccoult', others are under 'Picoult'. 
 

but other searches by titles and authors still dont return any books.
