If you plan on looking for shells on the East Coast, this little book packs a punch! I used to live just north of the Outer Banks, NC and used it often to identify all the shells I collected there. Full page color photos throughout. The photos are lackluster, but do the job. I liked this book very much because it covered just the northeastern coast and was thorough.
