Alice May was living a fairytale life, until her wedding day. That day she learned that her fiancé, Hugh Collins, was the infamous "Secret Admirer" killer. Hugh died in a fiery crash, but that didn't stop the police from believing that Alice may have been his partner in crime. Now a year later, Alice has moved to the mountains of North Carolina. She is befriended by handyman Zander Todd who talks her into going out to dinner. Little does she know; Zander is an undercover FBI Agent who has been assigned the job of keeping a close eye on Alice. The Secret Admirer is active again and has already killed one woman. Does Alice know who the killer is? Or is she the elusive Secret Admirer?

I picked up this book to fulfill a challenge. This is the first time I've read anything by this author. The story was OK, but I felt like I've read this same storyline so many times before. Nothing new in this one. My rating: 3 Stars.
