It is a pretty superficial book. It will tell you general things about reading lines, shapes of fingers and hands, but doesn't get into any specifics about individual hands.
For a basic knowledge of palm reading this is a good starter book, but for those of us who want a more in depth knowledge of the art of palm reading it comes up short.
