I got a book request on 11/4, mailed the book out on 11/7.  When I went to send the woman a personal message that the book was on its way, it said "this person is no longer an account holder"!  No books were listed, nothing!  Now my book is going to this woman and I am not going to receive credit for it!  How do I get my credit from a person who quit ths PBS right after requesting a book of mine?

I do believe if the member does not mark the book received the system will do so after the book goes lost.

After the 26th day of no activity, your book will be marked received in the system and you will get your credit.

Well you'll get your credit but you'll have to wait until the book goes lost.  That's odd that they would cancel their account 3 days after requesting a book. Maybe they thought it would automatically cancel their book request.

The same thing happened to me and the system gave me the credit for it automatically once the time elapsed.  Regardless, I now use quick credit for the extra credit insurance/protection...

If you're low on credits, send feedback through the "contact us" link - I had this happen once, and when I sent feedback they sent my credit back before it officially went lost.
